14. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Project-Based Services:
Initial Fees: Non-refundable; secures project planning and resources.
Cancellation by Client:
Before development: Pay for incurred costs; unused fees may be refunded at our discretion.
After development starts: Pay for work completed; remaining pre-paid amounts may be refunded or client pays outstanding balance.
Deliverables: Delivered as-is upon final payment.
Company-Initiated Cancellation:
We may cancel projects due to breach, non-payment, or lack of required materials. Client pays for work completed.
Maintenance & Retainer Services:
Can be canceled with 30 days notice.
Pre-paid fees beyond the current cycle are refunded proportionally.
Current month’s fees are non-refundable.
General Refund Rules:
No refunds for completed work.
Refunds not given for change of mind.
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice or delivery.
Policy Updates:
We may update this policy anytime. The version at project initiation governs the project.
